SECTION 1 - FORWARD

1.1        Dunn Hill 2 Speedway (Herein referred to as “DH2”) and/or it's officials reserve the right to reject any kart, car, driver, race team, or individual
without cause or recourse.

1.2        Only race cars and one (1) authorized tow vehicle per racing car are permitted in the pit area during the running of the races UNLESS AN
EXCEPTION IS GRANTED BY THE TRACK DIRECTOR.  ATV's brought for the purpose of push starting cars will be permitted, but must be operated
in a SAFE manner.  Anyone operating an ATV in an irresponsible manner will be parked.  All other vehicles must be parked in the spectator parking
area. Vehicles including towing equipment, wreckers, push trucks, ATVs and all other equipment located in the pit area or restricted area are NOT
covered by insurance.

1.3        By purchasing a pit pass, every person who enters into the pit area, racing area, or participates in competition sanctioned or promoted by  
does acknowledge, represent and warrant that he or she has read, understands and agrees to abide by the rules in their entirety. Application or
permission to participate or enter the grounds shall constitute acceptance of the same.

1.4        Each person that enters into the pit and racing area must secure a competitor's permit for that particular race and sign the track release form
in order to be eligible for track insurance benefits. Payment for the competitor's permit is required prior to entering pits at each race. The permits are
nontransferable and must be displayed at all times in the pit and racing areas.

1.5        Any injuries suffered during a race event MUST be reported to the ambulance crew and pit office manager and documented PRIOR to
leaving the track grounds to be covered.  Even if you are suffering minor aches, if you feel there is any chance it may develop into a problem later,
YOU MUST HAVE IT DOCUMENTED WITH THE TRACK INSURANCE BEFORE LEAVING.  IF NOT YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED!

1.6        The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum
acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and, by participating in these events, all participants
are deemed to have complied with these rules. Interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final.  
The rules herein are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant,
spectator or official.

1.7        ANY component, safety or technical in nature, may be checked at ANY time, by ANY track official, for ANY reason.  Final decision in regards
to legality, penalty, or action will be made by the head tech inspector and/or track director.

1.8        Anything not covered in these rules will be up to the discretion of the tech or track officials, without recourse from drivers or owners.  Safety
infractions can be cause for a car to be kept out of competition until they have been corrected.  These rules are subject to revision and will be judged
accordingly.  UNLESS THE RULES SAY YOU CAN - DON’T!!  IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, ASK FIRST!!
